Terms and Conditions:

  1. Clients need to Pay 5% VAT for our Service Charge.
  2. Government Fees may vary depending on relevant departments.
  3. Clients need to pay the amount depending on Work Progress.
  4. If any fine imposed because of client’s delay to handover the documents or money, we are not responsible.
  5. If our representative informs the Client upon completion of the work, and the Client does not collect their documents within 7 days, we are unable to assume responsibility.
  6. Customer Should Pay as per Gov-Receipts (+ or -).
  7. The Processing Duration will be 10-15 Days. (Depends upon approvals).
  8. Clients need to provide the relevant documents at correct time.
  9. Upon confirmation of the work, our quotation will remain valid for a period of 30 days.
  10. We mentioned approximate value only for License Fees Payment Voucher.
  11. Price is negotiable based on requirements (Normal/Urgent).
  12. Approval duration timing depends upon authorities.
  13. Health Insurance is not included. But for your kind information, Insurance is mandatory, we have several options for that.
  14. Hosting and Domain Charges are not included in this quotation
  15. After we complete the design, we will provide 3 Phases to correct the mistakes in the website if any.
  16. Domain and hosting is free for one year only. After that, clients need to pay for the domain and hosting on or before one month from the date of expiry.
  17. We are providing only .com domain for free. If client needs any other domain, charges may differ depending on client’s need.
  18. We are providing 4 business emails only for free. For requirement more than that, there will be extra charges.
  19. Client needs to provide the content. If any copyright issues arise for the content, we are not responsible for that.
  20. Images we are using are free stock images. We have a proper license for that. We are not taking images from Google or any other websites. But if a client needs something more than stock images, the client needs to provide the image or the client needs to give approval for us to download images from the portal they wish. If there is any copyright issue arising for those images, the client will be fully responsible.
  21. Client needs to correct the changes in 3 sittings. After that, separate charges for every sitting.
  22. After website completion, for 3 months we will support client to do changes if any in the website. After that, separate charges for that or we can create AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract).
  23. Client needs to pay 50% of work amount as advance. Balance amount need to pay after completion.
  24. If the client wants to cancel the work, need to inform us 2 days before the date of advance payment done. Otherwise advance amount is non refundable.
  25. Basic Website contains only 4 pages – Home, About Us, Services/Products and Contact Us.
  26. Domain and Hosting credentials will be provided to the client. Clients have full access to the hosting and domain.
  27. Client will be the responsible for hosting and domain renewal. Clients are required to pay the total amount invoiced. If domain or hosting is cancelled due to non renewal, we are not responsible.
  28. For Logo and Letter Head designing, we will provide templates. Clients need to choose one and we will change the details on the template. For customized design, there will be extra charges.
  29. Clients need to Pay 5% VAT.
  30. Hosting we are providing is Single Website basic plan which contains Unlimited Emails, Free SSL Certificate, and Unmetered Bandwidth (can store 200,000 files and 5000 tables in database which is in the size of 10GB).
  31. Business card is Matt Laminated 400GSM card. Minimum printing qty is 1000
